• PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Curvy Vibes Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends; holidays will be processed the next business day.

•PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING
PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

•INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Express Shipping 6 to 10 Business Days International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days You're responsible for all customs and duties fees. Curvy Vibes Boutique cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at curvyvibesboutique@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
Curvy Vibes Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors. Curvaceous Boutique does not issue refunds or replacements.
